The Iris Ceramica Group will be focusing on maxi-slabs at SICAM, the International Exhibition of Components, Semi-finished Products and Accessories for the Furniture Industry, coming up October 16 through 19 in Pordenone. Stand A18-B19 in Hall 8 will demonstrate the versatility of maxi-slabs by three Group companies, FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti, SapienStone and Iris Ceramica, in a variety of different settings and applications.
This group stand will underline the talent for design and excellence in technological research of a group of companies that has always been open to innovation and new trends on the market. The focus will be on maxi-slabs, a very flexible size which can be used in a great variety of different ways: to cover walls and floors, as a bathroom surface, or as a kitchen countertop capable of withstanding the stress created by even the most demanding chefs.
FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti’s new MaxFine Onice Giada will cover the outer walls of the stand and welcome visitors with their translucent 3D effect. The floor will be covered with MaxFine CityStone Dove 100x100 cm slabs, also by FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti: a collection of high-tech ceramic slabs reproducing the pure, authentic emotions of stone with a contemporary twist.
The stand will contain a dramatic kitchen revealing all the elegance of FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti’s MaxFine White Calacatta, covering the base units and wall-hung cabinets, while SapienStone provides a high-performing kitchen countertop showing off its most innovative product: a Malm Grey 12 mm thick porcelain countertop with a built-in TPB tech® Malm Black induction cooker. This kitchen countertop allows you to cook, dine and work on the same surface, responding to the demands of today’s lifestyles.
The stand is completed with an overhanging shelf covered with SapienStone’s new Rovere Baio texture inspired by wood, unveiled at the recent Cersaie exhibition.
The wellness area features bathroom furnishings also designed by FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti, showcasing refined MaxFine Bianco Lasa, while the walls will be covered with Iris Ceramica’s Hi-Lite Avenue in the Amber variant, a maxi-slab that gives interiors a bold character.
The SICAM 2018 stand demonstrates the Iris Ceramica Group’s ability to supply total look solutions for public and private spaces and confirms the Group’s intention of working together to respond to the needs of today’s architects and interior designers.
